VACCINEX, INC. SELECTED TO PRESENT AT BIO 2002 INVESTOR FORUM

Rochester, N.Y. June 10, 2002 Vaccinex, Inc. is among a select number of biotechnology companies that will make presentations before an international audience of investors, journalists, and biotechnology and pharmaceutical insiders at BIO 2002, the major biotechnology industry trade show taking place in Toronto, June 9th-12th. Vaccinex will be presenting on June 11th at 2:45pm in the Toronto Convention Centre. Vaccinex will, in addition, be participating as an exhibiting company throughout the trade show.

Vaccinex was selected from an elite pool of more than 420 applicants to present at the BIO 2002 Business Forum. Companies selected to present at the Business Forum hail from Australia, Austria, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Israel, the Netherlands, Switzerland, the United Kingdom and the United States.
