Human SEMA4D is an 862 amino acid single-pass membrane protein expressed strongly on peripheral blood lymphocytes. SEMA4D plays a role in immune cell migration and the tumor microenvironment. Our novel anti-SEMA4D antibody Pepinimab® is currently in clinical trials for Oncology as well as Alzheimer’s Disease.

Phage panning with ActivMab®

ActivMab® Antigen Virions are compatible with standard phage display panning methods including magnetic beads.

Selected antibodies showed high affinity, specificity and blocking of PlexinB2 binding comparable to benchmark drug.
